We are building a network ofleadership development program among the mega-urban centers of Asia. The primary focus is to povide training, healthy recreation and entertainment for the migrants in these cities. We also provide job referrals, counseling services, characters and leadership training for the integration of these young migrants into contemporary urban environment. Most of these migrants are from the rural areas of the mainland. Some of them are educated migrants from other cities.
