Our Mission Statement:

We are a non-profit International Educational Foundation established in Hong Kong. 

Our Task is to Build a Network Community by Training A New Generation of Young Leaders for the Cities in the Asia Pacific Regions. Currently, our primary focus is on Urban Leadership Development in Asia's urban centers. We also provide consultancy services to developing nations with educational development, market place development, business leadership training and medical assistance.

Major principles in the Foundation’s operation are openness, transparency, expedience, adequacy, effectiveness, equilibrium, and consideration of the public opinion. These principles are integrated into respective procedures and rules of the Foundation.
